Public Offer

This document is a public offer (a proposal to conclude an agreement) on the provision of services using the Telegram service “VARIA” (formerly “Uniqualizer”, https://getvaria.ru). Version of 18.10.2026.

1. Terms

Contractor — Self-employed individual (NPD) Maksim Yurievich Karlov, Tax ID (INN) 631552185647. User — a person using the service. Service — the Telegram bot and Mini App, that process the media file uploaded by the user — video: changing metadata, creating new versions and auto-editing videos.

2. Subject matter

2.1. The Contractor provides the User with a service of automatic processing of a media file (video): changing the file metadata and/or creating new versions of the file with technical and visual differences (trimming the start, mirroring, re-encoding), as well as automatic auto-editing of a video (Section 4B). The result is provided as file(s) for download.

2.2. The service is technical in nature and does not involve assessing the content of uploaded materials.

2.3. The User warrants that they are the author of the uploaded materials or hold the rights to use them, and confirms this before the first processing. Processing someone else’s materials without rights to them is not permitted.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The paid services are “Repost” — creating a new version of a video with changes to the image — and “Auto-edit” (Section 4B). They are charged per unit, in packs, without automatic charges; current prices are published on the home page.

3.2. Payment is made by non-cash means via the Robokassa payment service (Visa/Mastercard/MIR bank cards, SBP).

3.3. New users may be granted a limited number of free reposts.

4. Provision of the service

4.1. The service is provided automatically and in full at the moment the processed file is delivered — immediately after the source file is uploaded and a repost is deducted from the balance. The service is deemed rendered at the moment of providing the result for download.

4.2. Purchased reposts do not expire. Balances purchased before 23.09.2026 in “credits” have been converted into reposts at the rate of 2 credits = 1 repost, with an odd remainder rounded in favor of the User.

4B. Video auto-edit

4Б.1. Auto-edit — automatic processing of the User’s video up to 3 minutes long: removal of pauses and slips of the tongue, captions, title, design, music, and editing the result in the editor. Auto-edit is billed per item, separately from reposts: 1 auto-edit = auto-edit of one video, including rebuilds and edits of that same video.

4B.2. Edits are purchased in packs, without automatic charges:

Discounts on edit packs: club members — 50%, those who came via a partner discount link — the amount of this discount, those who came via another user’s invitation — 10%. Discounts do not stack; the larger one applies.

Purchased edits do not expire. If there are no edits on the balance, the cost of an edit may be charged in reposts at the rate of 10 reposts per 1 edit — at the User’s choice (purchased reposts only; free and club reposts are not used for this).

4B.3. A User who has not made any payments may be granted a one-time free trial edit — with a watermark. The watermark-free version is provided after paying for an edit pack, without an additional charge or, at the User’s request, for 10 reposts.

4B.4. An edit is deducted when rendering starts or when the video is first opened in the editor; if the edit fails due to technical reason, it is returned to the balance.

5. Refunds

5.1. Since the service is provided instantly, a refund for already spent (used) no processing is performed. For unused reposts, a refund is made upon request of the User to the e-mail maxikarlov@gmail.com within 10 business days.

6. Liability

6.1. The User is solely responsible for the content of uploaded materials and for compliance with the rules of the platforms where they publish the result. The Contractor does not guarantee a specific result on third-party platforms: labeling or reach restriction by of the platform is not a defect of the service.

6.2. The Contractor does not store source and processed files longer than necessary to provide of the service; files are deleted automatically.

6.3. Upon a request from a rights holder to the e-mail maxikarlov@gmail.com, the User's access who processed someone else’s materials is terminated without a refund.
