Terms of Use

The Agreement governs the use of the Telegram service “VARIA” (https://getvaria.ru) — Telegram bot @reelsuniq_bot and Mini App. Version dated 18.10.2026.

1. General provisions

1.1. Service administrator: Self-employed individual (NPD) Maksim Yurievich Karlov, Tax ID (INN) 631552185647.

1.2. By starting to use the service (sending the /start command to the bot or opening the Mini App), The User accepts the terms of the Agreement. Paid services are provided under the public offer.

2. What the service does

2.1. The service automatically processes media files uploaded by the User: replaces metadata, creates new versions of videos with technical and visual differences, and edits the video (removes pauses and slips of the tongue, adds captions, a title and design).

2.2. The service does not guarantee any specific result on third-party platforms (reach, absence of labels): decisions on showing publications are made by the platforms themselves.

3. Rules of use

3.1. The User uploads only their own materials or materials for the use of which they hold rights to. Processing someone else’s materials without rights to them is prohibited.

3.2. It is prohibited to use the service to violate the law, the rights of third parties or platform rules, to mass messaging, passing off someone else’s content as one’s own, or attempting to disrupt the service.

3.3. If clauses 3.1–3.2 are violated, the Administrator may restrict the User's access.

4. Data and files

4.1. Uploaded and processed files are stored only as long as needed to provide the service (edited videos for 30 days, their source files for 14 days after rendering so that the User can adjust them), and are deleted automatically.

4.2. Uploaded videos and edited videos may be viewed by the service's staff to improve the quality auto-edit — during their storage period.

4.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Policy and on the basis of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

5. Changes to the Agreement

5.1. The Administrator may amend the Agreement by publishing a new version on this page. The User is notified of material changes via the Telegram bot.
