Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By using the Telegram service “VARIA” (https://getvaria.ru) — the bot @reelsuniq_bot and the Mini App — and/or paying for its services, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Self-employed individual (NPD) Maksim Yurievich Karlov, Tax ID (INN) 631552185647 (hereinafter, the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

Telegram ID, username and name; club membership details received from the club administrator; payment details (amount, date, order number, plan); correspondence with support in the bot; media files I upload media files (including my image and voice in videos) — for the duration of their processing and storage.

2. Purposes

Provision of the service, improving auto-edit quality (uploaded videos and edited videos may may be viewed by service staff during their storage period), tracking of balance and payments, support.

3. Data processing operations

Collection, recording, systematization, storage, rectification, use, transfer to the payment service “Robokassa” to the extent necessary to process the payment, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without the use of automation tools. The Operator does not receive or store them: they are processed by the Robokassa payment service.

I also consent to the transfer, including cross-border transfer, of the audio track and individual frames of the videos I upload, as well as the speech transcript, to providers of speech recognition and image processing technologies which act on behalf of the Operator and use the data solely to fulfill the request: ElevenLabs Inc. (USA) and Features and Labels Inc. — the fal.ai service (USA) — for speech recognition, frame analysis and preparing designing the video; to the Russian services polza.ai and gen-api — for text and frame analysis. I am aware that The USA is not on the list of states providing adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to maxikarlov@gmail.com. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing, except where its continuation is required by law.
